Shama Madahar, CPA
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Shama Madahar is the co-founder and managing partner at Hernandez Madahar Associates, Inc. She has over ten years of experience in the field of accounting and tax preparation and planning. She handles tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, corporations, non-profits, estates, and trusts. She also serves as the outsourced accountant for businesses in various industries, such as construction, home care facilitators, entertainment, real estate, life sciences, patent attorneys, etc. Shama consults
business clients on achievable strategic objectives and implementations, which take into account operational efficiencies, profit maximization, and tax minimization. With her science background, she specializes in life science businesses, both established entities and start-ups. She also has expertise in franchise accounting with specific and complex reporting requirements to the franchisor. Shama is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi languages.
Shama first graduated from UCLA in 2006, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Accounting. She began her public accounting career prior to graduation and went on to get her second bachelors, graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and then earned her CPA license shortly thereafter, passing all the parts of the CPA exam on the first try.
Alondra Hernandez
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Alondra Hernandez is the co-founder and managing partner at Hernandez Madahar Associates, Inc. She has over fifteen years of accounting experience in publicly traded large, international manufacturing and multiple franchise services companies. Her expertise is in a wide range of facets of business and
accounting, including SEC compliance, accounting and tax areas, and compliance with material liens. She is adept at researching and interpreting various sales tax and accounting needs for our clients in the software and computer hardware industries, including government contracts. Alondra prepares financial statements and advises businesses on various accounting and human resource matters. She has been
the project manager on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation. Alondra is fluent in Spanish and has worked with many international businesses in many different countries including France, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.
Alondra completed most of her undergraduate work at San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting.
